Purchase Policy
Last updated: 17 July 2026. CULTUR3 is a members-only event series. Please read this policy before buying a ticket.
1. Scope and Priority
This Purchase Policy applies to tickets and related services sold directly by CULTUR3. It forms part of the contract between you and CULTUR3 together with the event information shown before purchase and the Terms of Use. If there is a conflict about a ticket, booking, admission, or event, this Purchase Policy takes priority. Venue rules and any clearly disclosed event-specific conditions also apply. Nothing in this policy affects rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Membership and Ticket Access
Ticket access is limited to eligible members or invitees and is subject to availability. Membership approval, an invitation, an access link, an incomplete checkout, or the appearance of a ticket in a basket does not reserve inventory or guarantee a sale or admission. Approval and future access remain at CULTUR3's discretion to the fullest extent permitted by law. Unless expressly stated otherwise, each person attending must hold their own valid ticket, satisfy the applicable membership and age requirements, and provide matching identification on request.
3. Orders, Prices, and Payment
You must check the event, date, ticket type, quantity, price, and details before paying. Prices are in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. The total payable, including unavoidable charges collected by us, will be shown before you submit payment. Payment may be processed by a third-party provider under its own terms. A binding booking is formed only when payment has been authorised and we issue a booking confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order and return sums paid where inventory is unavailable, payment is not authorised, information is inaccurate, a pricing or technical error is obvious, purchase limits or eligibility rules are breached, or we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, resale, or unauthorised access. We are not required to honour an obvious error.
4. Personal Use, Transfers, and Resale
Tickets and ticket links are personal, revocable licences for the named holder to attend the specified event, not unrestricted property rights. Unless we expressly approve otherwise in writing, tickets may not be transferred, resold, advertised for resale, used in a promotion or competition, bundled with other goods or services, or exploited commercially. We may cancel without refund any ticket obtained or used in breach of this section, subject to mandatory legal rights. Lost, stolen, duplicated, altered, or compromised tickets may be replaced or cancelled at our discretion after reasonable verification, but replacement is not guaranteed.
5. Refunds and Cooling-Off Rights
Except where this policy expressly says otherwise or the law requires it, completed ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, including where you can no longer attend, arrive late, are refused entry for breaching applicable rules, or make a booking error. The statutory cancellation period that applies to many online purchases does not generally apply to leisure services supplied on a specific date or during a specific period. This does not affect any separate statutory right you may have where services are not provided with reasonable care and skill or are otherwise not supplied in accordance with the contract. Approved refunds will normally be made to the original payment method; timing may depend on banks and payment providers outside our control.
6. Cancellation, Postponement, and Material Changes
We may cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, curtail, or make other changes to an event where reasonably necessary. If we cancel an event and do not provide a replacement, you will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price paid directly to us for the affected event, subject to any lawful deductions and your mandatory rights. If an event is postponed, rescheduled, relocated, or materially changed, we will state the available options and any reasonable claim deadline when we announce the change; a refund will be available where required by law. Unless required by law or expressly agreed by us, we are not responsible for travel, accommodation, subsistence, loss of earnings, or other consequential costs. We will use reasonable efforts to publish or send material updates using the website or contact details associated with the booking, but you remain responsible for checking current event information before travelling.
7. Programme, Timing, and Venue Changes
Advertised artists, DJs, performers, running orders, doors times, set times, production, facilities, and venue arrangements are subject to change. A change of supporting performer, running order, or other non-essential detail will not ordinarily entitle you to a refund. Whether a change is material will be assessed reasonably in light of the event as a whole and applicable law. Events may start or finish later than advertised, and last entry times may apply.
8. Admission, Safety, and Conduct
Admission is subject to a valid ticket, satisfactory identification, age and membership checks, capacity, last-entry times, venue rules, licensing conditions, and reasonable safety and security measures. To protect attendees, staff, performers, and the venue, CULTUR3 and venue personnel may conduct lawful searches, refuse admission, remove a person, or restrict conduct where they reasonably believe the person is intoxicated, underage, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, unsafe, carrying prohibited items, recording contrary to instructions, disrupting the event, or breaching a ticket, venue, or legal requirement. No refund is due where refusal or removal results from your act or omission, subject to mandatory rights. You are responsible for your belongings and must follow lawful instructions and take reasonable care for your own safety and that of others.
9. Accessibility and Special Requirements
If you have an accessibility requirement, please contact us as early as reasonably possible before purchasing or attending. We will use reasonable efforts to provide information and coordinate appropriate adjustments with the venue, but arrangements may depend on the venue, availability, safety, advance notice, and matters outside our control. Nothing in this section limits duties imposed by equality law.
10. Circumstances Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delay, change, reduced performance, or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruption, utility or network failure, venue unavailability, performer illness or non-appearance, industrial action, epidemic, public emergency, security threat, civil disorder, or governmental or licensing action. We may take reasonable steps to mitigate the effect, including changing, postponing, relocating, curtailing, or cancelling the event. Your refund or other remedies in those circumstances are limited to those stated in this policy and any rights required by law.
11. Photography and Filming at Events
Photography and audio-visual recording may take place throughout an event. By entering, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in crowd, background, or atmosphere footage that CULTUR3 or its authorised partners may edit, reproduce, publish, and use worldwide in any media for legitimate editorial, archival, security, and promotional purposes without additional payment. We will take reasonable steps to make official recording apparent. If you do not wish to be the subject of close-up or directly identifiable promotional content, contact us before the event and speak to staff on arrival; we will take reasonable steps to accommodate the request, but cannot guarantee exclusion from incidental crowd or background material. Any use of identifiable imagery will remain subject to applicable data protection law. Unauthorised professional or commercial recording is prohibited.
12. Liability
Nothing in this policy limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of statutory rights, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, CULTUR3 is not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the booking was made, results from your breach or failure to take reasonable care, is caused by an independent venue or third party outside our reasonable control, or is a business loss. Our responsibility for personal property is limited to loss caused by our failure to exercise reasonable care and skill; cloakroom or venue arrangements may be governed by separate disclosed terms.
13. Contact and Claims
Questions, accessibility requests, and refund claims should be sent promptly to info@cultur3.co.uk with the purchaser's name, booking reference, event, and enough information for us to assess the request. We may request reasonable evidence. Contacting your bank or payment provider does not remove your obligation to give accurate information or prevent us from disputing an unfounded chargeback.
